I'm sorry the blog is in a bit of disarray. In the next few months I'll be working on developing my solo performance practice, working with others to create a collaborative impro-operatic piece, working on a singing performance with mic and software disruption and writing a dissertation.
The common thread between all these things is the use of authentic movement, theatre improv, vocal and sung production or recontextualising materials, gestures, conventions. I'll also be starting Bel Canto singing lessons again.
The movement forward towards more workshops and the production of a piece for older women to perform is slower but broadening; deepening, hopefully.
